MODERN & SPACIOUS Apartment Pojisanska (60 m2) is located in the area of Bačvice near the city center (200 m from the Bačvice beach, 10 min walk to the Diocletian's Palace and Riva, the city harbor, bus and railway station).
So many guests say the location is perfect, just steps away from the crowded city center and relaxing Bačvice beach. Bacvice beach is the most popular (sand) beach which holds the "blue flag" designation (absolutely clean sea); with restaurants, clubs and coffee shops.
The apartment is located on the third floor. Since this is an old neighborhood there is no elevator (only two high rise buildings have it).
Groceries, fruit/vegetable stand, bakery, exchange office, bank and 24 hour pharmacy nearby.
The apartment has been renovated a couple of years ago and fully equipped:

We’ve redecorated it over the past year to create a cozy nest for family and friends when they come to visit.
