The space
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath on the ground floor is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage while watching for Dolphins in the canal. Bedrooms each consist of a queen bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower. The entire unit has been 100% remodeled, all new appliances and furnishings. A short block walk to the beach and Margaritaville . Please note there is a unit above this unit that can accommodate more people.

Guest have access to the entire ground floor unit,front sitting area, along with the sitting area on the ground floor just out your sliding glass doors.
