Colonial home with contemporary furnishings located on 5 acres, tranquil setting surrounded by lush trees located on a bird sanctuary. Room has a Queen size bed, located upstairs with a semi private bath, shared with adjacent B&B room when occupied. 9 miles from the University and downtown Knoxville, we are a hour away from the Smokies. For those seeking the serenity from the distractions of every day life the Magnolia House offers a respite. Other rooms available check-in is from 3 to 10 pm.

The space
Queen size bed, SHARED bath only when adjacent B&B room is occupied, refreshed daily when shared. This room has a outside upstairs balcony that overlooks the backyard grounds. Smart TV and WI-FI is provided. Each room has an individual work space.

Fountain City is a Northern suburb of Knoxville TN . Our home is nestled into a park like setting, and it is not uncommon to have wildlife guests, deer, wild turkeys and birds. We are only 10 minutes from Three Ridges professional golf course, 9 miles from downtown and the University of TN. Just minutes away from historical downtown Fountain City, TN with charming shops, cafes and abundant green spaces and parks. We are a hour away from Gatlinburg.
