The space
Inside:
3600 square feet, with spacious upper and lower outside patios, very private.
4 bedrooms with 4 connecting full baths, sleeps 12
• Master bedroom with King bed, satellite TV, and large private patio
• 2nd bedroom with 1 King bed (can be converted to 2 Twin beds)
• 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds above
• 4th bedroom with 1 King bed and private patio (converts to 2 Twin beds)

The entrance into Pedregal is conveniently located across the street from the beautiful Cabo marina where you will find over 30 restaurants and bars, the Puerto Pariso shopping mall, and of course the Luxury Avenue shopping mall. For the adventurist, this is where the fishing charters, sunset cruises and snorkel cruises depart from.
Pedregal boasts magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez, the Pacific Ocean, and the city lights of Cabo San Lucas below. This gives you the best of both worlds – peace, tranquility, and security just steps away from the best restaurants and nightlife on the entire West Coast.
Pedregal has a private beach on the Pacific side, just a 10-15-minute walk from the house. Very rarely are other people at the beach and it is absolutely stunning with the surf crashing on the sand. The beach has a few rock outcroppings providing some amazing photo opportunities. The beach does have a strong riptide and it is not recommended for swimming.
