Cabo's most popular villa is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms located in the private gated community of Pedregal in the hills above Cabo San Lucas, just 1.1 miles to the center of downtown.

The space
The chef is available to you for 8 hours, for example if you would like breakfast at 9am, the 8 hour period starts when the chef arrives to start preparing the meal.
GROCERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED, these prices are for the chef only you also pay actual price of the groceries. The chef will buy the groceries and provide you with the receipts.
If you have a large group, you might want to consider a waiter/assistant. The rate is $30 per service, or $90 for the day. If you are having a casual lazy breakfast, there may be no point in having a waiter. If you want a formal sit-down dinner, then you should consider adding one depending on the size of your group. You can discuss this directly with the chef and determine if you would like a waiter or not.

**Note due to the high demand of Chefs during the holidays, Chef Service is not included during December 20 to January 6. This service can be booked through our concierge à la carte.**

Villa Luna Nueva is conveniently located 1.5 miles to the center of Cabo San Lucas, where all the best clubs, bars and restaurants are, in the private gated community of Pedregal. Pedregal is the Beverly Hills of Cabo perched on Land’s End, overlooking downtown and the marina and the only gated residential community within walking distance to town.

The entrance into Pedregal is conveniently located across the street from the beautiful Cabo marina where you will find over 30 restaurants and bars, the Puerto Pariso shopping mall, and of course the Luxury Avenue shopping mall. For the adventurist, this is where the fishing charters, sunset cruises and snorkel cruises depart from.

Pedregal boasts magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez, the Pacific Ocean, and the city lights of Cabo San Lucas below. This gives you the best of both worlds – peace, tranquility, and security just steps away from the best restaurants and nightlife on the entire West Coast.

Pedregal has a private beach on the Pacific side, just a 10-15-minute walk from the house. Very rarely are other people at the beach and it is absolutely stunning with the surf crashing on the sand. The beach has a few rock outcroppings providing some amazing photo opportunities. The beach does have a strong riptide and it is not recommended for swimming.

There is also a wonderful spa, gym, pool, and juice bar located in our community, with an incredible view of the Pacific.
