Cozy cottage home nestled between grand oaks overlooking the Hillsborough River. Central location to all Tampa has to offer. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Adventure Island, Glazer Museum, Hard Rock Casino, Riverwalk, Amalie Arena and so much more! A great place if needed for medical treatments close to Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General and St Joseph hospitals. Urban area with HART line just a block away, Uber or drive your car. We have a kayak if you want to have a river adventure.
The space
Newly updated with tile floors, original hardwood floors and new kitchen and bathrooms. Nestled on the river in the city but safely tucked away. Close to fun spots for a family, couple or friends to explore. Tampa offers affordable adventures. Loads of nightlife and uber will bring you home safe.

Other things to note
Hillsborough River is a natural wild river that flows into Tampa Bay that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Wildlife can be spotted from the observation deck , backyard or the dock. We have a kayak with safety equipment located in the cedar chest in garage. FYI: alligators become active in April and settle back down by mid to late summer. Dolphin, otters, Manatees and alligators can be spotted at different times.
This is a water area with abundant native "palm trees", leaving doors and windows open can and will invite "palmetto bugs, lizards and other bugs inside" The home has been treated to exterminate any bugs entering the home. Paper towel can be used to collect the dead insect and place in the trash. Welcome to Florida with our tropical locations we strive for a healthy eco-system, including insects.
