The neighborhood is very quiet. Near the Bay of Beaussais. The detached houses are spaced apart. My house doesn't have a face-to-face.

Downtown Ploubalay is a 10-minute walk. A small supermarket (crossroads) is a 5-minute walk and a bakery/pastry shop.

In the city center (10/15 minutes walk): pharmacy - 2 bakeries - bank - butcher - florist - hairdresser - post office - doctors
