A beautiful, well equipped 2 bed ground floor apartment, with garden in a grade II listed building. Opposite Margate's Winter Gardens with stunning sea views, just a few hundred yards from the Turner Gallery, Old Town, Harbour Arm and beach. We are a short walk from central Margate with all its bars and restaurants. Dreamland and Margate Station are less than a mile away.

The space
Split level, modern refurbished apartment in a grade II listed building. The bay windows give all round stunning sea views.

There is a beach themed bedroom with double bed and a nautical themed bedroom with small double bed which opens onto the enclosed rear garden. There is also a comfy double sofa bed in the living room where you can lie and watch the sun set, or rise over the sea.

Guest access
South facing paved private garden with bbq and seating/table.

Ashtrays are provided and you may smoke in the garden if you wish.

Other things to note
Aldi is just around the corner and there is a convenience store one block from the apartment. The Crescent Victoria hotel is a few doors along and the location is pretty convenient for most things.

I would describe myself as laid back, fun loving and happy. I love meeting new people and socialising. Margate is the perfect place for me to live as I love the restaurants, pubs and night life and all the festivals. Of course, not forgetting the beautiful beaches and sunsets. Oh and you may have noticed, my favourite colour is blue.
