Beautiful two bedroom basement apartment seated on a quiet country road within five miles of interstate and 15 minutes to Asheville. Cement drive leading in with private entrance. New deck and seating area w/firepit and picnic table. Great mountain views. Has fully equipped kitchen and gas log fireplace. Frozen waffles, poptarts, coffee, juice, and water are available.

The space
Apartment with two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed. Comfortably sleeps four. Fire tv available in both bedrooms and living room.Fully equipped kitchen. Electric heat and air. Whole house thermostat remains on 70 degrees year round. Gas fireplace for added heat if needed, available October thru March.Private entrance with great views. Please know this is a basement apartment. My husband and I live upstairs and do our best to be quiet and considerate of our guests however you may hear some noise that is beyond our control due to it being a basement apartment. This is our home and we expect the same from our guests.

Guest access
Will have access to whole apartment, firepit,and yard. Wood located at fire pit for guest use not wood pile by the drive. Picnic table also available to guests. Gas grill located on deck. Corn hole game with bean bags located in closet beside door when entering.

Other things to note
WiFi #on cabinet by fridge. Wash any dirty dishes and place back in cabinet. Dish soap and dishwasher tabs available. Place dirty linens in bathroom hamper. Trash will be collected by owner. No pets allowed. No drug use on property. No electric car charging.
