This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Exceptional host communication

Recent guests gave Kostas a 5-star rating for communication.
The house is newly built and it is located at the hill of Aeginitissa Bay, probably one of the nicest areas of the island with a rare stunning sunset view. Aeginitissa beach is about 5-10 minutes walk. Town centre is a 15 minutes drive. There are many interesting places in the surroundings such as Marathonas with two well known sandy beaches and Perdika village, with some of the best tavernas and fish restaurants.

The space
The guests may have access to organic vegetables from our vegetable garden and fresh eggs from our coop (depending upon seasonal availability)

There is a "baby park bed" available for families travelling with a baby.

* Since the house is part of a complex, guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet hours.

*Please turn off all air-condition units and lights when you leave the house.

*The swimming pool is shared between three appartments and it may be used from morning until sunset. For hygiene reasons we ask guests to take a shower by the pool before jumping in.

Neighborhood highlights

Egina or Aegina is a small island near Athens, about 1hr by boat. There are many beaches where you can go swimming, fish food and greek cuisine taverns and restaurants, open air cinemas, lots of bars and cafes, hospital and pharmacies. For the history enthusiasts there is the stunning ancient temple of Aphaia along with other historical sites and art museums/galleries.
Our neighborhood is called Aeginitissa, it is considered the most peacefull and beautifull spot of the island. Thus making it a family friendly spot, but also ideal for a quiet or romantic holiday at a greek island.
