Duplex apartment with private entrance and terrace overlooking the courtyard. Parking space available in front of the accommodation. Recent renovation. We are market gardeners and live at the edge of the village, you can enjoy the farm market during your stay to stock up on organic vegetables... and peas!

The space
The apartment is adjoining another cottage (the gardens of Longecourt "la grelinette"). It has its own private entrance.
There is a kitchenette on the ground floor with fridge (with freezer), microwave, 1 electric hotplate, basic dishes, kettle, Senséo coffee machine, stove and washing machine. In the living room area, there is a sofa, TV and at the back of this room a bathroom with 70*70 shower and toilet. A second door gives access to the staircase to the floor where there is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, wardrobe available and a separate sleeping area with a 90 x 200 cm bed (a baby bed is at your disposal. The staircase is secured by a barrier. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults (with a child) ideal for a quick stay. (The accommodation is close to the Pouillly highway exit)
The accommodation does not have direct access to the garden, there is a small terrace at the entrance, access and openings are all on the courtyard side (the environment is very quiet)
