Palacio Del Mar is the Palace on the Sea! This Rocky Point condo rental is located on El Mirador Beach. Located in a gated, secured, small private complex. Relax on your private second floor balcony 80 feet from the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise, changing tides, waves, and beautiful sunsets. Condo is full of all basic necessities from towels, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, blender and coffee pot. Full size microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

We are located on El Mirador Beach, we are closest to Manny's Beach Club/Restaurant. Less than 2 miles from the Malecon and restaurants. There is 24/7 gated security parking. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. Upon checkin with the guards, they will provide you keys to your condo and a parking pass. There is a taxi that can be arranged with the security guards. The pool, spa, palapas and beach chairs are all public areas.

Other things to note

I am a born and raised Arizonian that has traveled to Rocky Point since 1985. It was one of our favorite family vacations! I love the authentic Mexican food. You can't find it anywhere in the US.
