The space
King bed in Main suite with private bath that lets you wake up to the view of the water and our spectacular Lagoon Pool. Guest room with Queen bed and Queen sofa sleeper in the living area that gives you room for 6 guests to enjoy this quiet corner of Panama City Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need to hibernate and cook your own meals, or you can even grill out beside the pool in our lanai area set up for outdoor family dining, and you can enjoy cocktails by the fire pit. If dining out is your idea of the perfect vacay, we have some of the finest restaurants (most local) on our end of the Beach. Try Grand Marlin or Captain Andersons or Schooners on the Beach, or our favorite local spots - J. Michael's and Dee's Hangout.

The balcony will be calling your name for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets with friends. The spa downstairs is wonderful (Serenity Spa), and in season you can wander down the Boardwalk to our own little "over the water" pub Pelicans. The Boardwalk also offers pontoon boat rentals and jet skis, plus two Shell Island tour boats - a catamaran and a dinner excursion. Plan to call ahead to if you want to reserve a rental or excursion. Book your spa day at Serenity Spa just downstairs in the Reflections building!

St. Andrews State Park is a fantastic place to spend the day with family if you're longing for the white sand and blue-green waters of the Gulf. The current fee for a family at the state park is now $8 per vehicle. There's a snack bar there and showers and restrooms - all of which make a beach day easy! There's also a lovely, public/free beachfront park further down Thomas Drive across from Liza's Deli. Public Restrooms and showers available.

There are two big grocery store chains just down the road from our location, and lots of little antique and beachy stores, and if you love arcades and go-carts, goofy golf and bungee excitement, you'll find it just a few miles away on Front Beach Road. The beauty of our little spot of Paradise is that if you want a quiet, private restful vacation it's right here, AND if you crave adventure and shopping it's RIGHT HERE, TOO!

Michael is the co-owner and property manager for Schmitz Properties, an investment company that focuses on commercial and vacation rentals. Michael spent a year and a half traveling the world, working at orphanages and teaching English. He has also climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa, and walked five hundred miles in Spain on the Camino de Santiago. His greatest and most treasured adventures are marrying his wife in 2016 and holding his newborn for the first time in 2020.
