Spacious 4 bedroom house with large yard and deck overlooking the farm. Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake.
NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

The space
House is situated on a quiet farm with great outdoor space to enjoy and is only 10 minutes away from I-68 or I-40 so can easily travel to Deep Creek Lake, Ohiopyle State Park, Cooper's Rock State Park, Cheat Lake, Nemacolin Woodlands and WVU. Ideal for those who love to boat, hike or raft. Please see written directions after you book. GPS is tricky in this area. 8 guest maximum with no parties or large gatherings allowed. The house is strictly NO pets or smoking allowed on premises.

Guests have access to entire house with exception of basement and storage area. Welcome to do laundry while visiting if needed.

Other things to note
Reminder: NO pets and no smoking are allowed on site. We appreciate guests respecting these house rules. Also, there is NO air conditioning (ceiling and floor fans). Children are welcome but the house is not "baby proof" in terms of outlet covers or baby gates. Please see driving direction details after you book as GPS in the area can be tricky. 8 guest maximum. No parties/large gatherings

The house is close to I-68 and I-40 (approximately 10 minutes) located off the Bruceton Mills exit so is centrally located for driving to Deep Creek, Morgantown, WVU, Cheat Lake and Nemacolin. A great football weekend gathering place. Please see written directions provided after you book because GPS can be tricky in this area.
