Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

The space
This apartment has many beautiful original wood details custom crafted in 1890. Bed is high end memory foam and bathroom and kitchen is fully stocked. Apple TV and Wifi is included. Coffee + Cocktails now available downstairs for guest enjoyment, built in 2023! Open: 8AM-11PM. We can't wait to share our home with you!

Guests can enjoy having their own private entrance, and outdoor seating area all thats included with the unit and are able to use the front porch to enjoy the outside vibe of Midtown, Detroit.


You’ll receive an access code which you’ll use on the keypad located on the door with “1” on it. This is unit #1 and accessed from the front of the building on the porch. There is plentiful street parking on Forest or Prentis Ave for your vehicles.

In the Home: The ice chest is a 1919 antique from a bar in Detroit, MI restored by a local. The fireplace is retired but its wood mantel is original to the house and was uncovered and stripped of its many layers of paint when I bought the house.

If you’d like to prepare food during your stay, Marcus Market is very close and there is also a Whole Foods or Meijer’s Downtown Location a little beyond that.

Comerica Park is located approximately 1.0 miles away. It’s a safe walk down Woodward Avenue or a very quick Uber/Lyft.
