Charming accommodation in the countryside, it is part of a renovated farmhouse. Quiet, it has a large terrace with beautiful views of the countryside, sea and mountains. The garden (4000 sqm) is full of prickly pears, olive trees, lemons and hosts a relaxation corner.
The access road overlooks the “Cala Bianca” so called for the color of the cliff. The sea is 300 m away and can be reached by two pedestrian paths (60 m elevation gain). On the coast, there is a natural arch, a cave with a Madonna and an islet.

The space
The quiet house consists of: a dining room - living room – kitchen; two bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower. On the terrace protected from the sun by a canopy with reeds and a large mulberry tree, there is a table with chairs, two sun loungers and a barbecue.
The walls of the house, up to one meter thick, make the temperature comfortable, but in all rooms there are ceiling cooling fans.
The kitchen, essential in the spaces, has a fridge and microwave. The bathrooms are very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The house is also equipped with heating.
An annex is available consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom that is 10 meters from the house. The Dependance is accessed from the same terrace.

Guest access
The apartment and terrace are independent of the rest of the house, which is usually occupied by the owners only on weekends.
Access to the guest house and vehicles is from a gate and a driveway for exclusive use. Guests can leave cars or motorcycles in the shade of the trees.
