**Facility Usage Guidelines:**
1. Due to the building's structure, the air conditioning drainage is connected to the main bathroom, which may cause the bathroom floor to be wet during use. Please be cautious.
2. We conduct interior and exterior sanitization every month, please kindly understand that ephemeral insects can be coming through the windows due to the surrounding environment, especially during spring and summer.
3. Please do not go up to the windowsills in the living room. The windows are large and strong sea winds may pose a safety hazard. Extra caution is advised, especially for children.
4. Heating during winter is provided through floor boilers. Both hot water temperature and floor heating can be adjusted. Please refer to the manual for instructions.

**Other Considerations:**
1. Please do not forget to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving.
2. Proper waste separation is appreciated. (You do not need to separate food waste into separate bags.)
3. Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbing neighbors.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.
5. Only paid parking is available at an hourly rate, so please consider this matter when you use a car for your trip. (Ask me for long-term parking for over a month.
