Emerald Isle is a luxurious 17 story gated condominium resort located directly on Pensacola Beach. Emerald Isle Resort sits on almost 5 acres and has over 300 feet of direct beachfront access to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have direct access to the white sand beach over the resorts private walkway; moments until your bare foot in the sand.
Additionally, Emerald Isle resort has 2 large Swimming Pools, one which is heated, a Hot Tub, Beach Front Fitness Center, and Sauna.

Decorated with beautiful sea inspired coastal decor, this condo offers a fully equip kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot, and a variety of cooking assortments to meet your needs. The dining room offers seating for 6, with additional seating (3) at the raised kitchen island.

The master bedroom features a king size Cloud Lux Tempur-Pedic bed with floor to ceiling windows, Amazing views right from Bed. Direct access to the Gulf Front balcony, flat screen “smart” television, ceiling fan and on suite bathroom with garden tub for soaking and Over-sized Shower.

The second bedroom offers a Luxurious Plush Euro top queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser and flat screen television.

Guest can relax in the living room, enjoying floor to ceiling windows with a remarkable view of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the private glass railed balcony. The living room is arranged with a new leather sofa (that can be pulled out to a queen sized sleeper with memory foam mattress), Leather Lazy Boy Recliner and arm chair, an entertainment center that consists of a 42” HD Flat screen Television with Digital TV including Stars / Encore, a Digital Music list, and a Blu-ray DVD player with a large collection of movies. All TV's are Smart TV's and Netflix capable

Guest access
Private Gated Resort, Guests will be given access codes to the Emerald Isle secure parking lot, 2 parking passes are provided, and the building security code, a week prior prior to check in via an email with access instructions. The unit's easy punch code door access will be given to guests the day prior to check via a phone call or text message. Guests have easy access to the soft white sand beach "Gulf of Mexico" over the wooden walk way. This wooden walkway is conveniently located in the center of the resort with seating installed half way down for additional viewing and wash / shower location. Additionally you will have access to 2 large pools, 1 heated, hot tub, sauna, and workout room.

Other things to note
Two parking passes are provided for your stay, an access code will be emailed prior to your arrival to enter the secured parking lot. Please display a parking pass in each vehicle's dashboard.
Two Beach Chairs are included with the reservation at NO additional cost to you (Seasonal March 1st through October 31st).
