Our place is close to everything!

NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults.
A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town.
Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible.
You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage.
There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

The space
You are welcome to use anything in the house. The garage is used for our personal storage. Feel free to store bikes and any other small items in there. There is a grill for your use in there.
There are two twin air mattresses downstair in the laundry area. You will just need to move some things around to fit them both in the family room.

There is a lock box. I will provide the code the day before your arrival.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a quiet neighborhood close to everything.
We live right behind the house which makes it easy for us to accommodate any needs that may arise.
The house is virtually brand new and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home.
It's a "cozy" 500 sq. ft.
The bedroom has a queen size pillow top mattress and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The cottage also has new
central a/c. Both the bedroom and living room have 50in. flat screen TV's.
The grocery store is a quick 5 min. drive. Grab some supplies and make yourself at home.
