Enjoy your stay in this quaint garden cottage with updated kitchen and bath with a country feel. This cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or if your visiting Floore's Country Store, Sea World or Six Flags, all of which are only minutes away. Your cottage sits as a stand alone in the back of this historic hill country property. This pocket of paradise is nestled right on the outskirts of NW San Antonio and was home to the famous landscape artist Robert Wood back in the 1930's.

The space
This cozy cottage comes with a comfy Queen size bed a fully updated kitchen, wireless internet access and a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and limited local channels. Outside are two rocking chairs and a detached sun room/greenhouse made from old windows where you can enjoy the outdoors and the view of the property.

Guest access
You will have access to the rock courtyard with the waterfall or sit around the rock fire pit on cool evenings. Washer and Dryer is also located on the premises. There are also two nostalgic, cruiser style bicycles to explore the country lanes of Grey Forest during your stay.

Perhaps the best feature of our cottages is that they are located in historical, magical Grey Forest not far from the old Boerne to San Antonio stagecoach line. We are just minutes from SeaWorld, Six Flags, the Guadalupe River and only about 17 miles from the Alamo and the romantic San Antonio Riverwalk.

Within walking or biking distance through the tree lined lanes of Grey Forest is the famous fine-dining restaurant, ‘The Grey Moss Inn’. There is also hiking nearby in Madla Natural Area. We are only 2.5 miles from Old Town Helotes, which is home to the John T. Floore Country Store country music venue where Willie Nelson got his start and performs each October.
