The space
New Construction (2017).
Great location in family community of Harbor Springs, in area of luxury waterfront homes and prime Lake Michigan waters.
4 bedrooms; 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8+. Over 3000 sq. ft. of indoor living area, plus over 800 sq. ft. of covered outdoor porches. Large kitchen and family dining area, fire place and two living rooms. All furniture, amenities and appliances are brand new. (washer + dryer, full-kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) WiFi and HDTV with Cable. Tennis available on private adjacent court (Inquire about rates and daytime availability)
Short distance to Downtown Harbor Springs, along flat, very low-traffic waterfront roads, perfect for bike-riding, walking or running.
Water views from living areas and upstairs bedrooms. No private beach access. Great public and State Park beaches within 1-2 miles. Private outdoor eating area with fire pit, gas BBQ and outdoor shower.
40-minute Drive to Mackinaw Bridge and Upper Peninsula. There are several renowned golf courses within 10-15 minutes. Charlevoix and Petoskey within 10-25 minutes. Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob in 15 minutes.
