You will enjoy the balcony with pool views. It is very bright, quiet and has parking space.
Good for couples and families with 2 children. 5 minutes by bike from the old port, a very nice walk that can also be done on foot or by sea bus (departure 100 meters from the residence to reach the city center by boat)
