2. If the guest accepts the budget, confirmation will be required at least 2 weeks before arrival at the Villa to allow time to have the pool ready at the optimal temperature between 25ºC and 28ºC.
3. The pool heating fee will be paid in cash upon arrival at the Villa.
4. If the request for air conditioning is formalized and, subsequently, they decide to cancel the request less than 2 weeks before the date of entry into the Villa, €200 will be charged in cash for starting up the installation, on the day of arrival.

Other things to note
1) All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Guests who hold these types of events will be subject to contract termination and eviction from the home, without a refund.
