Our Hip Beach Studio is 100 steps from the Pacific Ocean and 50 steps to Mission Bay. This clean & modern space is perfect for a fun couples getaway or surf retreat. Fully remodeled 400 SF space is perfect for 2. Brand new memory foam mattress (Serta iComfort 07/2025). New interior finishes, heating, appliances, and furniture. Located on the nicest pedestrian court in MB, this quiet community is occupied by long-term native SD residents. Unsafe for children (under 12), infants, or pets.

The space
Modern decor with a Lucha Libre twist! Vacation in an architect-designed remodel 100 steps from the Ocean. Though the 400 SF studio is petite, there is a full-size Murphy bed with a brand new memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper Sofa bed in the living room. This unit comes completely furnished with new modern designer furniture and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is complete with all cooking amenities. Includes Serta memory foam mattress, down alternative comforter, allergy friendly mattress cover, 100% cotton bedding, sheets, pillows, and 100% Turkish Cotton towels. We also provide ShiKai all-natural plant-based shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is an additional memory foam mattress topper in the closet for a more luxurious experience.

We have a LCD flat-screen tv with Roku. Roku has free content but you can also log into your apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO) or stream your own media by casting. There is private wifi with high-speed broadband internet.

Please note: parking is NOT provided, however there is free lot parking 1 block away, free street parking, and paid parking on the same block (only steps away).

Additional amenities include beach towels, boogie boards, a yoga mat, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach volleyball, a fan, an iron, and an ironing board. Any additional rentals (surf boards, bikes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and jet-packs) are 1-block away.

You have access to the entire apartment with no restrictions. The home is accessible by key in a lockbox.

Other things to note
- There is NO on-site parking. There is FREE OVERNIGHT PARKING IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE BAY SIDE only 1- block away from the apartment (Santa Clara Lot).

-This is a busy and bustling beach community during the day . . . surfers, cyclists, and joggers are out and about. Despite this, the neighborhood is calm at night.

- If you are looking for a party-pad this apartment isn't right for you. The neighbors are long-time residents and will call the police if you are disruptive, loud, or behave inappropriately.

- A memory foam mattress topper available in the closet for either bed for anyone seeking a different level of firmness for sleeping.

- We provide consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and creamer so that you have enough to be comfortable upon arrival. We expect guests to purchase their own toilet paper and paper towels as needed beyond those originally provided.

- No weapons of any kind shall be brought into the home
