This very spacious, sunny and very clean apartment is on the second floor of a 3-Family Victorian house on a quiet street. Fantastic location in Somerville near Harvard Square within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Close to Harvard Univ., MIT, museums, shopping centers, only 3 miles away from Mass General Hospital, and only 3.5 miles away from Downtown Boston. Parking is available for one car. (Small to medium size cars, no trucks)

The space
The rooms are spacious with office space to get work done. All beds are brand new fitted with memory foam mattresses and sheets. There are 2 closets in the apartment to store clothes and other amenities, along with brand new furniture throughout the apartment. The kitchen is large with a new dining table and chairs along with brand new dishes and pots. Coffee and tea is available to make your mornings special. Cable is currently available in the living room and there is a balcony for anyone to access. You will find this apartment perfect for your stay.
