Self-contained studio opening to lush back garden. It is at the back/underneath our double-fronted traditional Balmain cottage on a quiet street and has separate access. Free street parking is available. We are located 2 minutes walk from a ferry wharf, from where it is a 12 minute ferry ride to the city (Circular Quay). Buses are also a short walk away.

The space
The studio has a queen bed, its own en-suite spa bathroom, hanging space and drawers, TV, wi-fi connection, table and chairs. There is also a kitchenette including microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, sink etc. All linen is supplied and there is a washing machine and dryer available for use. Note: the hot tub is in the bathroom, it is not outside.

Guest access
The garden also has lounges, tables and chairs for your use, as well as a deck surrounding a pond.

Other things to note
There is a short stairway to negotiate so the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Our property is non-smoking and non-vaping both inside and out.
Not suitable for children under five years. No baby equipment available.
Be aware that there are bugs and insects in Sydney (especially in the warmer months). There are flyscreens on the windows and doors however some may still get in. Insect spray is provided.
Please also note there is a kitchenette only (fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave) - no stove or cooking equipment.
