Ideal for family holidays or with friends. Just 15 minutes away from the surf beaches, Royan golf course, 10 mins away from the La Palmyre zoo and club med, yet in a very calm area away from traffic and people. The house is just 1 mile away from the oyster farms and the nearest harbour.

The area is really quite and peaceful, away from traffic and noise. It is nevertheless very close to all shops and the beach. You can either spend the day in the pictoresque local harbour which is less than 5 mins away, take a walk in the vineyards or drive to the beach in 10 mins. Being away from busy areas means you'll never get stuck in traffic.
