Wake up to the sound of the Toccoa River just steps away. This cozy riverfront cabin sits three miles from downtown Blue Ridge with shared pool and hot tub access. Relax on the large covered deck with a stainless gas grill, or unwind by the peaceful on-site pond and waterfall. Inside: a spacious king bedroom with individual heating/cooling, a charming sleeping loft, and two full baths — one in the loft, one off the main level.

The space
Pets welcome with prior approval. We love well-behaved animals! To request approval, pets must meet the following requirements:

Current on rabies vaccination and flea prevention (Frontline, Advantage, etc.)
Housetrained and comfortable alone, or crated when unsupervised
Non-barking (please do not leave a vocal dog unattended)
Leashed at all times outdoors
Will not scratch, chew, or damage doors, floors, or furniture
Must be thoroughly rinsed/cleaned after river swimming before entering the cabin
Owner is responsible for all pet waste and any damage caused

A fee of $25 per pet, per night applies (plus tax). Long-term stay discounts may be available — just ask!

Guest access
You'll have full access to the cabin and grounds with shared access to the pool, hot tub, trails and riverside meadow. This cabin is only suitable for guests with no mobility issues, as there are several steps up to the cabin from the parking area, and access to the sleeping loft is via a stair/ladder. Please see photos.

Other things to note
FIREWOOD. 17 acres of downed and dead wood is provided. Feel free to bring your axe and saw and use caution.

Greg Spencer, founder and owner of Toccoa House Properties, discovered the magic of the Blue Ridge Mountains during a backpacking trip to the Cohutta Wilderness in the 1980s. Since his roots harken back to his grandfather's large ranch on Bear Lake founded in 1900, covering both Idaho and Utah, he felt naturally drawn to a rural mountainous and riverfront property. Greg went on to slowly acquire 15 more acres of pristine riverfront land.
