Recently Remodeled, Cozy & Clean attached in-law Suite w/ enhanced cleaning protocol, new A/C, private entrance, laundry, fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, Ethernet, parking & walking trails steps away. Ideal location close to Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Berkeley, Silicon Valley, Napa Wine Country. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples, & families w/ kids. Host family w/ kids lives upstairs. Occasional noise, but kids are usually in bed by 9 & up no earlier than 7.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, cook-top, microwave w/ convection oven, cableTV, Blu-Ray player, comfortable work station area. Brand new ultra quiet and powerful A/C and separate air purifier in unit so the air is always the temperature you prefer and fresh and clean. We strictly follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol to help prepare for guest needs during COVID-19 and beyond. 30 second walk to Open Space trails for walking, hiking and biking. The views and sunsets are incredible!
