The space
Original paintings, photography and sculptures keep things fresher than the hot cup of Keurig© brewed coffee you can enjoy curled up by the huge fireplace.

We stock the bathrooms with ultra plush toilet paper for your wiping pleasure and know you'll sleep well on our premium Tuft & Needle© Mattresses.

Watch a BluRay on one of the two 65" flatscreens, explore the property on a family hike, or grab a board game for some quality family fun before roasting S'mores on the outdoor fire pit.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a large jacuzzi tub, stained glass windows, and 15ft vaulted ceilings.

The downstairs master bedroom has its own private full bathroom, a queen bed and french doors which access the sprawling back porch.

The bunkroom is home to a futon couch, a 65" flat screen television, a large workspace for arts and crafts and a twin bunk bed with a hidden trundle, to accommodate up to seven people.

Oh, and did we mention there is an art gallery inside the castle's turret?

ELECTRONICS
-In order to be a true retreat, we do not have satellite or a TV network.
-The two TV's both have BluRay/DVD players.
- Internet speeds are the fastest available (Starlink) but keep in mind that streaming can often times be spotty. If you MUST stream media, please bring a hotspot as a backup.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The house can sleep up to 16 people.
Sleeps 10 “comfortably” on a king bed & two queen beds. Sleeps up to 16 including the full bunkbed (sleeps 4) + bunkbed pull-out (sleeps 2) + two sofa pull-out beds (sleeps 4, best for children).

We are an allergy free home.
Pets are not allowed on the property.

Located 4 miles from downtown Eureka Springs.

PROPERTY ACCESS
As if the interior of the house isn't cool enough, guests also have full access to 52 acres of wooded bliss. Feel free to take a hike and explore the property, you may even find old remnants of a 1950's crashed vehicle, fossils, and stones from around the world (the previous owner was a master stonemason).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4pm
Check/out: 10am
Note: in the rare occasion of a quick turn around requiring extra cleaning, check-in may be moved to 5pm to allow for proper cleaning.
Please inquire if you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, we may be able to accommodate your request, depends on several factors. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours before check-in.

Guests also have full access to 52 acres of wooded bliss. Feel free to take a hike and explore the property.

Other things to note
TRAVEL
- We recommend arriving before dark, it’s easier to find the house.
- The road leading up to the driveway & the driveway itself is gravel, so it may have potholes, expect dust/mud in wet weather. Please plan accordingly.

WEATHER
-In rare cases during the winter season, if inclement weather restricts access to home on day of check-in, we will provide a full refund.

HOLIDAYS
We put up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving inside the home, including large Christmas tree.
