Excellent, clean, comfortable, 15th floor one-bedroom penthouse apartment located in a safe and great area of Ipanema, on famous Rua Vinicius de Morais and only 2 blocks from the beach (Posto 9).

The space
There is a balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom providing you with fantastic views of the city and ocean. In addition, you will have your own private spacious terrace with a relaxing deck shower to cool off and a nice lounge deck from where you can enjoy panoramic ocean and city views.

The apartment provides plenty of natural light and fresh cool breezes from the ocean. It is equipped with effective anti noise windows throughout and the bedroom has blackout shades. The living room and bedroom each have a split AC system. Equipped and modern kitchen, all in one clothing washer/dry up in terrace, LCD smart TV with a robust cable package and broadband cable modem with wifi. Parking space in garage can also be made available upon request.

Important: From the front door, there is a spiral staircase that leads up to the main floor of the apt as well as another that leads up to the private terrace. Note that this staircase may not be suitable if you have difficulty lifting your luggage.

Its spacious private terrace has a relaxing deck with shower to cool off in and enjoy the panoramic view of the Ipanema and Leblon neighborhoods, including Morro Dois Irmãos. The apartment has anti-noise windows and curtains that make everything dark. The living room and bedroom each has air (splits). Smart LCD TV and broadband cable modem with wifi.

The apartment is located on the most famous location on Ipanema Beach (Stations 8 and 9) known for being a place of trends and of fashion and carioca beauty. It's definitely the perfect place for people of all ages, full of famous bars and restaurants, such as Garota de Ipanema - named after the classic Bossa Nova de Vinicius de Moraes and Antonio Carlos Jobim. Considered the heart of Rio de Janeiro, it is the trendiest area to enjoy in the city, while being quiet and relaxed. By day, the carioca's beachy and comfortable style prevails, while at night the streets are bubbly with people enjoying what the place has to offer.

General Osório Square, also located in this region, is famous for the Hippie Fair that takes place every Sunday, where you can find handicrafts and various products with attractive prices. On Tuesdays, there is a neighborhood fair that offers a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.
