Enjoy this 2 bed 2 bath country style cozy townhome! The living area has vaulted ceilings that create an open feeling for this unit. This unit is just a very short walk from the BLM Visitors Center, where the Wave drawing is currently held each morning at 9:00 a.m. The neighborhood is nestled up next to spectacular red cliffs. There is a great hiking trail right up the street for views over our town. We live right around the block, and hope to be available to help make this stay memorable!

The space
This space is great for families and small groups! We are within 1.5 hours of the Grand Canyon to the south, Bryce Canyon to the north, Zion National Park to the West and the Wave, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon to the East. There are also a number of amazing local sites we are happy inform you about. Peekaboo Slot Canyon, The Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Dinosaur Tracks, The Barracks, Hog Canyon Trails, and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, to name a few. We are right in the middle of it all! We have just partnered up with the original owner of these units and are excited to share this one with you! We are also happy to guide you to canyoneering/rappelling or other off road sites at a discount.

Guest access
You have access to this entire unit. There is a small private backyard with a gas BBQ and a picnic table for you to use. Please feel free to use the laundry and kitchen facilities. We ask that you do your own dishes and keep the kitchen clean, as we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as we can for your benefit.
You may also use the hot tub. We will follow the recommended chemical pattern, but that does not guarantee the chemicals will be balanced. We will gladly come over to help if we are available. The hot tub is to be used at the guests own risk. We hope you will enjoy it! We also ask that you rinse any sunscreens, or other oils before entering the hot tub. Body fluids, and creams, oils, etc gum up he filters and make the chemical balance difficult to maintain.
**Please do NOT smoke in the back yard. The smoke carries quickly to the other units and makes the patio furniture smell like smoke. If you need to smoke, please do so out at the curb near the street, and not right in front of the townhomes.

Other things to note
The other guests in the adjacent townhomes are also our guests. We will be happy to help you enjoy your stay by expecting them to follow the same quiet times and non-smoking policies that you are asked to follow while on our entire property. There are places to smoke beyond the back fence, and out on the sidewalk if you need them. There will also be a place designated for smoking on the vacant lot next door.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood where you will stay is quiet and simply amazing! We never tire of walking outside to have the red cliffs tower over us. We encourage you to take a stroll on the trial cut just above the base of the cliffs where you get some great views of our town. The golf course you back onto was shut down in 2015. Now we just enjoy the quiet, open space and watch different wildlife use the space. Our neighbors are very supportive of Airbnb, and we ask that you help us keep a great relationship by following some simple rules of courtesy while in our townhome. Although there are plans to change the venue, right now, the Wave lottery takes place just across the street from our townhomes.

We love people and having memorable experiences! We are the parents of 7 children, but some of them are leaving to college and other great experiences, so we have some empty rooms. We are new to Airbnb, but we have had a wonderful experience hosting people from all around the world for extended periods of time. We enjoy fishing in the local lakes, hiking in the variety of surrounding national parks, and we have enjoyed exploring the incredible area surrounding our home.
