My place is close to the vibrant hub of Bendigo being only 3.5km to the CBD. Our unique location also allows for easy access to surrounding bushland. You’ll love my place as it is cosy and has lovely open plan layout and unique interior features. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, young families, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

The space
The studio is located below our main house and does not have any internal access so remains very private. As we live upstairs you can expect to hear the pitter patter (My kids are still learning how to tip toe!) of little feet as we are a young family! Our living space and kitchen is located directly above the studio so there can be overhead noise that is at times audible while in the studio below.
The studio is best suited for travelling couples with the one Queen size bed, but we do also have a single sofa bed that can be made available should you have a third person or require two separate beds.
The studio is beautifully cosy, making use of passive heat during the day and the ambience of a wood burner for those cold winter nights.
Basic breakfast provisions are provided; bread for toast, butter, spreads, toasted muesli, milk, tea and plunger coffee.

Guest access
The studio is located on the lower level of our property and it has it's own private access from our guest car park. As a guest you have the privacy of our lower yard as we generally do not access this space while we have guests.

Other things to note
I understand how special it can be to travel with your furry friends so I offer our fully enclosed large yard for guest use. At the bottom of the hill we have access to two large ovals and a walking/cycling path along the creek, a perfect place to exercise yourself and or the dog.
I do ask for you to bring your dogs bedding and do not allow them on the bed or couch and also ask that you pick up any dog poo in the yard.
For guests travelling with infants we are able to provide a portacot, baby bath and high chair upon request.

We love the lifestyle our home and its location offers us. We regularly enjoy getting out on our mountain bikes, local bushwalks on One Tree Hill, all within 5min of our home. We are a young family; Lottie 11 and Jack 9. The studio was initially used to accommodate visiting friends and family, but for the last 11 years I have been accommodating and welcoming the diverse airbnb community which I really enjoy!
