Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat for 6 with river views is located close to the Cité du Vin, 5 min from the city centre by tram. Light, spacious and well equipped with quality furnishings, our home has three big plus points: air-conditioning, a rooftop terrace and free secure parking right opposite (worth €24/day). A great option for up to 6 guests, the apartment is spacious, well-equipped with a patio, air-conditioning, free parking and no cleaning fee.

Please note that we are not hyper-centre. We want you to be happy with your choice, so you should be aware that the town centre is a very pleasant 15 minute walk into town along the river Garonne, or a 5 min tram ride: the tram stop is just 100 m away. You'll find plenty of coffee shops, bistrots and restaurants for all tastes and budgets very close to the apartment - there's also a supermarket nearby.

The apartment is located on the edge of the lively Chartrons area. The city centre is conveniently close, just a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the river Garonne (lots of coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants on the way!) or a 5-minute tram ride. The "Quai des Marques" collection of factory outlet boutiques is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm (fashion, decoration, furnishings, sport). The stunning "Cité du Vin" with its exhibitions, films and restaurants, is just 2 stops away by tram. Opposite the Cité du Vin, don’t miss a visit to “Les Halles” an indoor market stuffed with wonderful treats! For joggers and walkers, the circuit along the river Garonne, limited by the Pont de Pierre to the south and the new Pont Jacques Chaban Delmas to the north, is a very popular route.
