Modern 35sqm independent apartment with garden in Anzio, not far from the Villa Claudia station, 1.2 km from the nearest beach (20 minutes on foot) and 5 km from the center. The structure consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and patio adjacent to the private garden with table. Free WiFi throughout the house and in the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and dishes. The bathroom offers a comfortable large shower. Sofa bed in the living room(1 place and ½).
