Camp Matty is a chalet, built in 2015, centrally located in the middle of the Adirondack Park at beautiful Indian Lake. The cabin is on 11+ secluded acres and within walking distance of town. Boating at Indian Lake Marina is 7 minutes away. Snowmobile/cross country ski right from home. Downhill skiing is 20 minutes away at Gore or Oak MT. White water rafting nearby on the Hudson River with guide services available right in town Hike, boat, hunt, motorcycle or bike right from your front door.

The space
3 bedrooms, loft, and a detached bunk house/game room that create 5 separate and private sleeping areas. 2 bathrooms including a tub and steam shower with jets and aroma therapy. Living room with reclining sofas, family room with reclining sofas and pull out bed. Large beautiful deck with Webber grill. Kitchen with modern appliances and dinning area with unique Adirondack table and breakfast bar. House is equipped with high-speed internet and You Tube live tv. Enjoy the hot tub, sauna, hammock chairs, canoe, outdoor shower or wood stove. 110 inch big screen with stereo surround i n the downstairs family room and 75 in big screen tv in the living room. 5 queens beds, 1 queen/full bunk bed, 1 queen sofa fold out. Many new upgrades to include brand new detached game room with additional sleep space, new hot tub, new outdoor sauna, lean to with fire pit and outdoor shower. Brand new granite countertop and backsplash. The yard is huge and private. Let your dogs or children play outside and breath in the fresh air.

We are 1/4 mile from the C8 snowmobile trail that connects to Old Forge. We are on a beautiful secluded dirt road that you can walk 15 minutes to be in town. Nichols Brook is a 5 minute walk from the house.
