It has vaulted ceilings and large family room with a cozy gas fireplace, and comfy leather sectional couch. Large open kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and slate floors. Separate laundry room. Deck with gas barbecue overlooks Aspens and Pine trees. The vacation rental is on the second story of the building.

The space
Perfect Family Getaway! Unwind after skiing or hiking while preparing for dinner in the large open kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful slate floors, which opens to the dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and excellent restaurants are only minutes away. Numerous home delivery options are available.

Guest access
The vacation rental is on the second story of the building. The first story is our ski shop which is open during the winter months. We do offer our guests 20% off during your stay. Guests will have access to 1 parking spot during the Winter Months any additional car may be parked in our lower lot adjacent to our parking lot.

Other things to note
We are located one mile from the beach and 1/4 mile from the mountains.

We operate Tahoe Sport Fishing, Tahoe Snowmobiles, and Winter Wonderland ski shop just below the rental. We offer discounts to our guests during your stay. Please reach out if you would like to set up reservations.
