Just a quarter mile from the Heavenly Ca Base Lodge and only a mile to Lake Tahoe! The family room boasts vaulted ceilings, a spacious leather sectional, and a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing together. The kitchen and dining area are open-concept, connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials to make your vacation special. The deck features a gas barbecue with views of Aspen and Pine trees. This vacation rental is located on the building's second floor.

The space
Perfect family getaway! Relax after skiing or hiking while cooking in the spacious open kitchen, which flows into the dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and top restaurants are just minutes away. Many home delivery options are also available.

Guest access
The vacation rental is located on the second floor of the building. The first floor houses our Ski Shop, which is only open during the winter months. We offer our guests a 15% discount during their stay. Guests will have access to one parking spot during the winter months, and a second vehicle can be parked in our lower lot next to our main parking area.

Other things to note
We are located one mile from Ski Run Marina and a quarter mile from the Heavenly California Base Lodge!

The Heavenly shuttle bus picks up on Ski Run Blvd, which is only a two-minute walk from the rental.

We operate Tahoe Sport Fishing, Tahoe Snowmobiles, and Winter Wonderland Ski Shop just below the rental. We offer discounts to our guests during their stay. Please reach out if you would like to set up reservations. :)
