The space
The Cottage, with its two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and the Cubbie, are the whole of the main house at Sunlight SeaScape, private, self-contained, modern and luxurious. Sunlight SeaScape is a newer, boutique retreat on 3/4 acre of lush gardens, grassy areas and decks. The property is located at the end of a lovely neighborhood street with a walking path to our private beach.
**Come enjoy clean air, clean water, clean land as we all do our part to steward the land and conserve our precious resources.

*One queen, one twin bed in the Cubbie (small bedroom), two singles with option for king
*Pets must be approved in advance. $50 min fee. You provide pet bedding and towels.
*3 night min, 5 night max June-September.

Nestled, private and quiet, Sunlight SeaScape is located at the end of a beautiful neighborhood street. Designed for private access to your accommodation, the single roof and deck can be blocked to our guests, providing you a quiet route to your door, or open to enjoy others, if and when you prefer.
*30 minutes from the Mukilteo ferry dock to Sunlight SeaScape, or a 30-minute drive from Deception Pass bridge (traffic dependent).
*Enjoy the beauty of the northwest on 3/4 acre of gardens and grassy areas.
*Your own parking on the property.
*Your own entry, deck, bbq and privacy.
*Walking path to our private community beach on Sunlight Beach, Useless Bay on Whidbey Island. I am available for recommendations and questions, particularly regarding our private beach, parking, respect for neighbors, water use, beach fires, burn bans and late night noise.

*Dogs are considered if well socialized. Ask first. If permission is given, there is a pet fee added to the cleaning fee, $50 min. Bring pet's own bed and towels.

*Additional guests considered if within property allowance, $25 per person, per night. Must be approved in advance.
*Notice: Guests hold Sunlight SeaScape and Olympic Marine View harmless for their use of bunkbed, property, beach area, walking path, and food items.
*Guest count includes adults, teens, children, infants, toddlers and babies.

Our neighborhood, Olympic Marine View, is a quiet, private, family and pet oriented community. Respect for them is my primary focus. Guests who are a good fit for Sunlight SeaScape will deeply enjoy and appreciate their stay. Their characteristics include respect for the neighbors, watchful of traffic, slow driving, their parking, attendance to quiet hours after 10:00 pm, an awareness of smoke and burn bans, appropriate garbage and recycle disposal, their respectful use of furniture and furnishing including bedding and linens and towels and the respectful and appropriate use of our community beach and other accesses along Sunlight Beach. Guests will call before their arrival for details regarding the beach access. They call if they would like to bring their well socialized dog/s and bring her/his own bedding and towels and pay a pet fee for their stay.
