The space
The Cottage is the main house of Sunlight SeaScape. Its sleeping accommodations include the primary Queen bedroom with en suite bath and the Cubbie with twin bed. For more guests, add the Annex with its king bed/bath. Perfect for a small, intimate group or a family, the Cottage has a Great Room open to 180* views, big kitchen, dining room, two sitting areas, fireplace, flat screen TV, piano, and more. It is completely private and self-contained. Sunlight Seascape is a boutique inn, on 3/4 acre of lush gardens, grassy areas and decks. The property is located at the end of a lovely neighborhood street with a walking path to our private beach.

Tucked away, private and quiet, Sunlight SeaScape is located at the end of a beautiful neighborhood street on 3/4 acre of gardens and grassy areas.
*30 minutes from the Mukilteo ferry dock to Sunlight SeaScape, or a 30-minute drive from Deception Pass bridge (traffic dependent).
*Our neighborhood’s private beach is along a walking path on Sunlight Beach, Useless Bay on Whidbey Island.
*Parking on the property.
*Guests have access to the gardens, two fire pits and grassy areas.

Our neighborhood, Olympic Marine View, is a quiet, private, family and pet oriented community. Respect for them is my primary focus. Guests who are a good fit for Sunlight SeaScape will deeply enjoy and appreciate their stay. Their characteristics include respect for the neighbors, watchful of traffic, slow driving, their parking, attendance to quiet hours after 10pm, an awareness of smoke and burn bans, appropriate garbage and recycle disposal, their respectful use of furniture and furnishing including bedding and linens and towels and the respectful and appropriate use of our community beach and other accesses along Sunlight Beach. Guests will call before their arrival for details regarding the beach access.
