The space
My house is clean, cozy and we are quiet and like to socialize sometimes! Walk to pier, and shops, close to Torrance Hospital and Mary & Company. Please read and respond with your much appreciated answers before booking:
Before we move forward with any bookings, I have a few quick questions—nothing scary, I promise. I typically like to host gals only—it’s just my personal preference for safety and comfort since I live here too. I’m ok with hosting guys so please tell me about yourself. I have had a few uncomfortable situations. I’m trying to maintain a peaceful sanctuary for me and my very opinionated (but adorable) dog-daughter, Bailey 🐶💁♀️
Here we go:
Is this your first Airbnb adventure? If you don’t have any reviews so I would love to know a bit about you!
Do you smoke?
Do you drink?
What brings you to town? (Just making sure this is your dream destination and not a total mis-click.)
The room includes your own private bathroom (fancy!), but you’ll need to pass through the kitchen to reach it. Cool with that?
Bailey is a friendly, non-shedding pup who lives for cuddles. So... dog people only, please. Not just “dogs are fine” — we’re talking “I might sing to a dog in a baby voice” energy.
Street parking is free (score!), but there’s street cleaning Thursday & Friday mornings. If you’re out the door by 8am, you’re golden. (Only one rebel guest got a ticket in a decade... she ignored me and the sign.)
Almost done! Pinky promise.
How do you plan to use the space? Any comfort items you can't live without? (Ex: fluffy slippers, a heated blanket, twelve throw pillows… no judgment.)
And will you use the kitchen? You’ve got a mini fridge in the room and a Whole Foods just two blocks away. The microwave is available 24/7 — no curfew for hot pockets. Please note the awesome kitchen hours.
I’m super duper easygoing, but after a couple of “yikes” guests, I just like to keep things relaxed, safe, and good-vibes-only around here. We don’t need to be BFFs, but if you’re not into even light chit-chat, this setup might not be ideal.
Can’t wait to hear more about you!
With warmth, wagging tails, and good vibes,
Angela & Bailey 🐾💕
