New modern designer home, perched on a perfect Downtown (Marmalade district) neighborhood corner. Walking distance to downtown and just 30-45' min drive to most Ski resorts and Park City.
Impeccably designed, beautifully furnished, and all in a pretty-damn-walkable neighborhood: this is the SLC jackpot.
The space
Luxury and design at its finest:
3000sf, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. ULTRA FAST WI-FI + TV + Apple TV + Sonos HI-FI, max 6 adults.
This Million+ Home is not just a "rental home" This is a home I have helped designed and built and been living in since it was completed in late 2014.
It has been featured in many magazines and publications, including The New York Times.
Now due to my love to travel and living abroad, I have decided to rent it out for others to enjoy while I am away.

Neighborhood overview
The home is located in the Capitol Hill Historic district downtown. This area, west of the Capitol is also known as "Marmalade".
It is less than 1 mile away from the Downtown SLC Temple, City Creek Mall and the Convention Center. Also minutes away from the best restaurants and bars in town.
Salt Lake City's Marmalade Hill Historic District was named so because early street names reflected the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported and planted there by its early residents. Marmalade is a small triangular area bounded by 300 North on the south, 500 North on the north, Center Street on the east, and Quince Street, the district's "Main Street", on the west. Settled in the early days of Salt Lake City, the Marmalade District is distinguished from other neighborhoods by steep, narrow, angular streets, mature landscaping and a surprising variety of vintage residential buildings. Within a single one-block area are almost as many styles of architecture as exist in the entire Avenues Historic District. Moreover, many buildings are considered to be among Utah's best examples of certain types of architecture.
Today, the neighborhood stands as a modest, well-preserved, monument to the skill, taste, and resourcefulness of its pioneer inhabitants. Excellent examples of Utah's early architecture in Marmalade Hill include the John Platts House at 364 Quince Street, the Carpenter-Gothic-style Thomas Quayle House at 355 Quince Street, the vernacular Queen Anne-style Reverend John D. Nutting House at 161 West 400 North, and the more formal Italianate-style Morrow-Taylor House at 390 Quince Street. Built in 1890, the 19th Ward Meetinghouse is an eclectic example of Victorian architecture that exhibits unique features such as the onion-shaped dome and onion-topped pillars, which was a departure from the uniformity exhibited by earlier LDS meetinghouse architecture.
Transit
Walking distance to downtown's main point of interest like the Salt Lake Temple, City Creek, Convention Center and the Vivint Smart Arena.
Uber and Lyft services are widely available in the area.
By Car, it will take about 30 to 45' minutes to get to several of Utah's best ski resorts and also Park City, while driving downtown is a very short 3' drive.
Other things to note
We remind you that you are not in a hotel and that cleaning a high end home like this one is much more costly and more complicated. The home must be left tidy and with no rubbish. If it is left too dirty, untidy, if rubbish is left behind or there are any dirty dishes we will discount money from the security deposit for an special cleaning: $200.
There will be a $50 charge for lost Garage remote.
Respect the neighbors. The home has to be a quiet area all day and especially from 10pm to 9am. It is not allowed to do any kind of party at the home, or for other people to stay other than the people that paid for the booking, unless previously authorized in writing via AirBnB email correspondence.
