You’ll love my place because of the location,the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). These modern luxury villa with 3 bedrooms represent a new cost-efficient and time saving concept for modern architecture in a gated beachfront community in second line beach.

This superb Villa built in 2017 is located in the beautiful gated oceanfront residential community of Sosua Ocean Village.

Sosua Ocean Village is a great place to vacation with your family, located right on the ocean the community has many amenities like pools, water slides, spa, gym, tennis, and basketball courts and Kids Zone. There are two beautiful ocean front restaurant serving excellent food.

This 1,900 sq. ft. Villa is a short 15 minute drive from the Puerto Plata Airport.

With marble tile throughout the villa, it has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.

This Professionally decorated 3 bedroom 3 full bath and 2 half bath villa, sleeps 8 people comfortably, all of the bedrooms have comfortable top of the line mattresses, linens, and details

There is also a rooftop patio with a lounge seating area that features an additional outdoor shower ideal when your sunbathing on the rooftop and need to cool down.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and a variety of small appliances for all your cooking needs microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender as well as a variety of pots, pans and dishware.

You will love having breakfast or coffee in the sunny kitchen or my favorite spot the roof top patio...

PARKING

We offer secure parking

The Cleaning fee charged at moment of booking is for Check-Out Cleaning ONLY! Additional cleaning and laundry can be requested for 30U$D per day.

Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.

For sightseeing we highly recommend to Rent a Car, hire a private driver or taxi. Contact us for arrangements!

- Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
- The City of Cabarete Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on the street.
- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $500 or more.
- Any damages caused by guests which exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
- No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties

The villa is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals, restaurants you get the away from it all feeling, but yet just a few mins drive from necessities.

Sosua Ocean Village requires all guests names as only registered guests will be permitted access into the community and Villa !!

Parties and Escort ladies are not allowed !!!!!!

Please note for groups of 6 or more guests staying longer then 7 days there will be a mid stay cleaning of the villa the rate for this is 20.00 USD

SOV amenities, you are able to use Santa fe restaurant. Maria's restaurant * and SOV Laguna restaurant, and the pools at the first two restaurants.
The splash park, Gold's gym, kid's zone, tennis courts etc. can be used but there are fees for usage. You can get pricing for these amenities at the main reception desk near the splash park rates vary dependent on weekday or weekend.
