Mid-Century Modern inspired fully remodeled 1-bdrm + 1-bath beach bungalow with an additional Queen sofa pull-out bed for up to 4 people. All new interior finishes, air conditioning, heating, appliances, and furniture. Located on the nicest pedestrian-only court in Mission beach, this quiet community is occupied by long-term native SD residents. This cozy high-end contemporary home is perfect for a quiet & relaxing beach vacation. Unsafe for children (under 12), infants, or pets.

The space
Mid-Century Modern decor in an architect designed remodel steps from the Ocean. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper Sofa bed in the living room. This air conditioned bungalow comes completely furnished with modern designer furniture and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is complete with all cooking amenities. Includes Serta iComfort memory foam mattress, down alternative comforter, allergy friendly mattress cover, 100% cotton bedding, sheets, pillows, and 100% Turkish Cotton towels. We provide ShiKai all-natural plant-based shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We have a 43" LCD flat-screen tv with Roku. You can watch free content or stream your own media. There is private wifi with high-speed broadband internet.

Please note: parking is NOT provided, however there is free lot parking 1 block away, free street parking, and paid parking on the same block (only steps away).

Additional amenities include beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a fan, an iron and an ironing board. All other rentals (surf boards, bikes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and jet-packs) are 1-block away.

You have access to the entire home with no restrictions. The home is accessible by a key from a lockbox.

Other things to note
- There is NO on-site parking. There is FREE OVERNIGHT PARKING IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE BAY SIDE only 1- block away from the apartment ("Santa Clara Lot").

- We provide consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and creamer so that you have enough to be comfortable upon arrival. We expect guests to purchase their own toilet paper and paper towels as needed beyond those originally provided.

-This is a busy and bustling beach community during the day . . . surfers, cyclists, and joggers are out and about. Despite this, the neighborhood is calm at night.

- If you are looking for a party-pad this apartment isn't right for you. The neighbors are long-time residents and will call the police if you are disruptive, loud, or behave inappropriately.

- No weapons of any kind shall be brought into the home
