This house is truly your home away from home. Located on Sunset Bay, there are gorgeous lake views from the kitchen through the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake with a screen wall and ceiling fan that pulls in the lake breeze. Complete kitchen, 2 fridges, 5-burner Weber grill (propane included), brand new hot tub, deck AND dock installed 2018, 3 patio spaces to relax outside. Close to Wineries, Breweries, State Parks, Waterloo Outlet Mall, Del Lago Casino. 15 minutes from Wegmans!

The space
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment, a gas stove, utensils, glasses, mugs, wine glasses... you name it. There are 2 full-sized refrigerators for all your cooking needs, a massive microwave and toaster oven, and a very large buffet style bar area perfect for making drinks or displaying your meal. The kitchen also has a wood-burning fireplace available for use. Additionally, there is a small fire pit for outdoor use on the patio and a commercial-grade grill for the ultimate backyard, lakefront barbecue.
