Come and spend a vacation in our 6-person vacation rental in Prelles between Serre Chevalier/Briançon (7 min) and Puy Saint Vincent.

We have just renovated the bottom of the cottage (60 m2) which is very functional for 6 adults plus 1 baby. YOU WILL BE INDEPENDENT, no tenants above and we will not be present during your stay.
- Cleaning, linens and 1 towel per person included, 1 dish towel and 2 hand towels.
The gîte can be configured in several ways:
- 1 living room/bedroom 2/3 people (separation curtain): Sofa bed 2 people and 1 convertible armchair 1 person
-1 bedroom 3/4 pers: 1 bed 2 pers, 1 bunk bed 1 pers, 1 sofa bed 1 pers, wardrobe, storage.
-1 small corner/mountain corridor 1 person closed: 1 umbrella bed or 1 of the sofa beds 1 person that we move here. (For a child or 1 adult who wants their little independence.)
-1 kitchen/dining room equipped for 7/8 people including dishwasher, microwave and oven, 10 chairs, coffee machine, toaster, blender/mixer, chopper.
-1 heated laundry room with shoe dryer, washer and dryer machine, storage shelves, towel dryer.
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. Hair dryer, drying rack and towel dryer.
-1 separate toilet/hand basin in addition
-1 large garage/ski/bike room
-1 sun terrace with 1 table and 7 outdoor chairs
- 1 enclosed garden of 300 m2, barbecue.
