Wonderful old home close to my parents. Will definitely stay again if circumstances requires.

The farmhouse was beautifully done inside. Kitchen and bathrooms redone completely modern , the rest with old house charm. Beds were comfortable . We were just in and out to a nearby wedding but it would a great place for city folk to kick back for a country weekend

Me and 6 of my friends had a nice quiet get away from the busy streets of New York at Carol's house. The house was charming and beautiful. A home with a lot of personality, very cozy. Every part of it had its own charm. Carol was there to greet and welcome us when we arrived, toured us around her home. She was very nice. Although her room was part of the home, we felt as though we had it to ourselves. The pool was pristine. That's where we spent most of our time while we were there. The only thing is our first night we had no light at the pool because we had no access to the switch. Thank God for the full moon that served as our light, and our phones. What a beautiful night that was, up a hill, will the gorgeous view. Her kitchen is spacious and as is the refrigerator. She has a deck that has an awesome view because the property is atop a hill. The rooms were cozy. We had a great stay. Would recommend it and would probably be back when we get a chance again. Thank you Carol!

My husband, 9 yr old son & I had a wonderful xmas break vacation! Lovely, lovely home to rest and relax in. Rehabbed old farm house on hillside with beautiful views overlooking quaint Bally, PA. Carol is a dear to work with, she's very kind and very responsive. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Carol patiently explained everything such as how to work the fireplace, water heater/thermostat, etc. Then gave us our privacy until we needed her. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner the evening we arrived. We went back to same restaurant it was that good. Stuff that I like that I am particular about but experienced at Carol's home: Plenty of fluffy white towels, extra toiletries, plenty of COMFORTABLE seating through out-esp living couch!, plenty of throws, clean & dust free (I have alot of allergies!), well stocked kitchen-I made a new year's stew easily, a property big enough to roam on w/tree house (+a loft) for my son to play in(-we supervised it because it was old & Carol was doubtful but fine w/our use of it), and overall great taste & amenities. Few items of note: no tv(-hard w/child), house could be difficult to access-lotsa stairs, hot water heater temperamental (remember old farm house!) and iffy WiFi. We will be back! Glad we found her & since my family lives nearby I'm sure we'll be back before we know it. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Carol was very welcoming. She catered to our travel schedule and met us on arrival to show us the house. Six of us were in town for a wedding weekend - only here for one very brief night. She was very accommodating with our busy schedule - she offered to open up her private powder room as we got ready for the wedding, and she was concise with the tour as she knew we only had a few minutes before we needed to rush out again. The short time we did spend here was relaxing. The house was spacious and private. I enjoyed how "lived in" it felt. Some rentals do end up feeling like just that - a rental. But this felt like a home filled with character. Beautiful home. Amazing view. Lovely host. Wish we could have stayed longer!
