Such a lovely little apartment and truly walking distance to everywhere. I will without a doubt stay here again when in Florence. Thank you again for being to kind to come all the way to the station and collecting us from there.
As agreed we meet Paolo at the train station and he walk us to his apartment that is near to the train station. The apartment is clean, tidy and cosy. It have all the amenities that we need especially a fully equip kitchen. The location of the apartment is perfect as it is within walking distance to all Florence attractions. He even provided us with his own mini map of Florence with recommended walk to the various attractions in Florence. I highly recommend his apartment if you are in Florence.
Fantastica esperienza!
Great apartment, very near Santa Maria Novella station. Very well equipped and furnished. Everything was in good condition and provided for. Paolo was an excellent host who takes his business very professionally. He was very welcoming and also provided a wide array of services and advice, such as providing maps, itinerary, suggestions on food etc. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence :)
Paolo: the apartment is very well located, near many good restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, wine shop, baber shops, and souvenir shops. The apt bldg itself is 400 years old but well maintained. There are stairs but Paolo helped us to carry our luggage to the apartment. Heater is a bit slow to work and water heater takes 10 mins in advance to produce hot shower water and capacity is just enough for one shower. Paolo is very professional and very swift in explaining everything about the apartment and Paolo leaves notes about what to do, where to go and what to eat around so the notes help. Right across the apt is a very crowded bar but when the windows are shut, it helps to seal out the noise so it's not distracting.
Paolo was easily the most gracious and welcoming host we have ever experienced with AirBnB. He helped us upon arrival at Firenze S.M.N. to bring us to the apartment and was very helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. The apartment windows keep most sound out from the bar across the street, but on the weekends it can be noisy though for us we had no trouble sleeping due to the sound. Very quiet on weekdays and a quick walk to all the sights. Paolo oriented us to the city through his eyes and it made our experience of the city more magical. The apartment is a warm and welcome respite from a day of sight-seeing. The down comforter and pillows are luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom seems newly remodelled, but it's a bit narrow. Paolo even provided us with an umbrella that we made ample use of. We would quickly book this charming apartment again for our next stay in Florence, especially for Paolo.

My name is Paolo and I'm a full time Airbnber! I like to take care of my guests, by providing them with maps, suggestions and whatever else needed. I'm also very happy to come and pick you up at the station.
I speak Italian and English, so foreign tourists are more than welcome.
