The space
Set in a charming 16th-century building, this bright, second-floor one-bedroom apartment is ideal for light travellers.

Please note, the building has no elevator and the stairs are steep, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The space is newly refurbished and offers a romantic getaway for couples.

Please read the House Rules before booking:

Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartment. Guests are not allowed to smoke by the window or the balcony as well

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette for cold meal preparation. Full cooking facilities are not provided

Makeup can stain our towels. We would appreciate it if you could use separate makeup removal products or wipes

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. On the day of your departure just leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you

For your convenience, a handheld steamer is provided. Due to safety concerns and fire hazards, an iron is not available. If you require professional ironing services, we recommend a nearby tailor at Via Palazzuolo 50/red, just a two-minute walk from the apartment. They offer excellent and affordable ironing

PLEASE BE INFORMED:
During the cold months the central heating system is regulated automatically for maximum comfort and keeps the temperature of the apartment constantly at 21 degrees. The environmental law in Florence forbids keeping the central heating temperature above 21 degrees. It will be kept on between the 8th of November and the 8th of April.

P.S. Accidents happen. If anything happens during your stay, let me know. I'll try to help, and it helps me plan for what the next guests may need (i.e. something needs repair or replacement.) Or maybe something happened before you got there. Please let me know and I'll do my best to correct any Oops!
