Nice whole house, 5 minutes' walk to the city and transport (RER B train) 10 minutes to the highway. The accommodation consists of 3 rooms. Living room with 3 beds, a large
kitchen for eating, a bedroom with 3 beds, shower with toilet, terrace. 15 minutes' drive from Roissy CDG airport, and Aeroville shopping center, 5 minutes' walk from RER B (train), 20 minutes from Paris, 15 minutes from Villepinte Exhibition Center. Disney and Asterix Park 30 minutes and 20 minutes from the Stade de France.

The space
The accommodation is perfect for 6 people or more on request, it consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 people), a folding chair for one more person, a TV, Wi-Fi, coffee table, large closet for storage, board games, electric roller shutter, heating, followed by a fully equipped and furnished separate kitchen (microwave, stove, mini pizza oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and crepe maker and many kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery...) followed by a bedroom with king size bed for two people, an extra bed for one person, large closet. We provide the linen for the beds but not the towels except on request for a fee of €2. A shower with toilet. Terraces (in summer). If necessary we can provide a folding bed with a baby mattress.
Also samples of shower gel, shampoo, sheets, duvets as well as the essentials for breakfast (tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, sugar) and cleaning products.
